Instapaper isn’t just for reading later—sometimes it’s for reading at all.

Case in point: Shane Adams posts Neil Gaiman’s NaNoWriMo pep talk.

He courteously uses Tumblr’s new “Read More” feature to spare us the bulk of it in our dashboards.

Unfortunately, his theme automatically resizes its width to maximize its screen use. On the iPhone, this translates to the micro-text pictured above. It’s even worse in landscape.

Enter Instapaper.

I hit the Read Later bookmarklet, see the little “Saved” message, and switch apps to Instapaper for easy reading.

Problem solved.
