Dealer’s Choice - Twilight Zone (second incarnation)

Dan Hedaya, Barney Martin, Garrett Morris, Morgan Freeman, and M. Emmet Walsh.

That’s a lot of character for a half hour of television.

Directed by Wes Craven, to boot.

I haven’t seen this, but it sounds good. I just wanted to stop to mention that Dan Hedaya is a) one of my favorite actors ever, b) the best part of both Joe Vs the Volcano and Mulholland Dr, and c) on the short list of people I wish were my neighbors.

Sadly, the story was a little weak. Solid performances by all players, though. 

We like character actors in this house (we named Emerson’s first stuffed animal after Željko Ivanek), so I was excited about that cast.
