Weight: 280.5 lbs. YTD Loss: 20.5 lbs. Weekly Loss: 1.5 lbs.
Spent first half of the week dealing with back spasms, and the second half with some sort of upper respiratory bug. I have no idea how I lost weight, but I’ll take it.
