The ferocious desire to bring openness and transparency to government that the Obama administration’s showing on the web will set a high water mark below which the electorate will not, or at least should not, allow future administrations to fall.
In my mind, this could easily be his greatest legacy. Other important things may well be in the offing, but this one thing’s importance...
